Mesa Campus Unleashes Their Panther Pride

Pinnacle Education’s Mesa campus has adopted a mascot to promote school pride and ownership among their students and staff.  Students at the campus were surveyed and came up with the mascot of the Panther for their campus. Mesa Principal Bryant Murphy commissioned the services of a local artist who painted a Panther mural on the wall of the Mesa campuses reception area.  Students also have taken notice of the full-length, bigger-than-life, Panther adorning the wall of the hallway leading into the classes.

When Mesa student Andrea Guerra was asked by her teacher about the school mascot, she said she loves the idea of Pinnacle having a new mascot.

“I think it’s cool,” said Guerra. “And, it will make us stand out as a school!”

The school plans to create school t-shirts with the new Panther mascot so the students can show their Pinnacle pride throughout the community. Students in the PM2 session especially like the Panther mascot. Much like the Panther who hunts at night, they also attack at night, though knowledge is their only prey.

GO PANTHERS!
